High School Community Photo Project

In the Fall of 2011, the Minnesota Marine Art Museum teamed up with photographers James A. Bowey and Drake Hokanson and high school students from Riverway Learning Community and Winona Area Public Schools. The aim was to talk about and create images of the people and places of the community, in conjunction with the exhibition Portrait and Place*. Representative of a small sample of the tremendous artistic talent of our area youth, the images below were submitted.
